Being named finalists in both categories is an encouraging milestone for our team, reflecting our continued growth and dedication to delivering high-quality IT support and services.
The Rising Star category recognises businesses that have shown significant progress and development in a short period. Since our establishment, we have worked to build a strong reputation for reliable IT support across Flint, Chester, Wrexham, and Liverpool. Our approach focuses on delivering practical IT solutions tailored to the needs of businesses in the region.
The Customer Service Excellence category highlights organisations that prioritise client support and satisfaction. At Layer 4, we focus on providing dependable and responsive IT support, ensuring businesses can operate efficiently with minimal disruption. Being shortlisted in this category acknowledges our efforts in delivering effective solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
The awards ceremony will take place at Mercure Cardiff Holland House on Friday, 28th February 2025. The event will bring together businesses from various industries, recognising achievements across multiple sectors.
