We spent the day at Chester Zoo, not just for the animals, but to get hands on with what it really takes to roll out Microsoft Copilot properly.

Copilot isn’t something you just switch on. There’s a lot to think about before you even get started. We talked through the importance of having a clear AI policy, making sure your data is secure, and checking that the right people have access to the right things. Tools like Restricted SharePoint Search and audit logging aren’t just nice to have they’re essential.
We also looked at how to help people actually use Copilot well. That means training, prompt coaching, and avoiding “AI fatigue.” Tools like Promptaphon and Prompt Buddy help users get better results without getting frustrated or confused.
Extending Copilot
One of the most exciting parts was learning how to extend Copilot using Copilot Studio. You can build custom bots that connect to tools like Salesforce or Autotask — tailoring the experience to your business needs.
We’re taking what we learned and turning it into something practical for our customers. Whether it’s planning, deployment, or ongoing support, we’re ready to help you get the most out of Copilot.
If you’re thinking about Copilot, let’s have a chat about how to do it properly.
